Use cold relief from pain and discomfort after childirth, c-section or from haemorrhoids. Use warm for soothing relief from discomfort of postnatal uterine cramping.
For cold therapy freeze pack for 4 hrs before use.
For heat therapy Microwave for time indicated below. Gently massage pad to evenly distribute heat as indicated by colour-changing pearls and test pack prior to use. Add time in 5 second increments until desired temperature is reached.
