At Oleana, our team takes care of each order to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. On the odd occasion that you do receive a damaged item, please contact us on +965 97790117 with your order number and the item that was damaged, and we will be ready to assist you.
We will try our best to pack your order in one package but there will be times when you will receive multiple packages. It all depends on the size of your order.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Oleana Boutique, we will happily accept a return or exchange on items that have not been used, worn, altered or washed and must be accompanied by a sales receipt, with all tags attached within 14 days of purchase.
All returns can be exchanged or refunded, however there are items that are not returnable or exchangeable such as:
